Ballistic plates
Every Fortis plate is engineered for the SAPI cut by default; all other cuts available upon customer request. Custom certifications for specific calibers (Kalashnikov, NATO STANAG, etc.) can be delivered within a one-month turnaround, with production capacity up to 20,000 pieces per month.

Custom-spec plates
Specific-threat plate available — e.g. a STANAG L1 plate, or a 7.62×39 FMJ + 5.56×45 NATO SS109 plate at 1,060 g and 18 mm, also the lightest in its class. Other multi-hit standalone plates of various cuts and ballistic categories — including STANAG L2, NIJ III/IV — built and certified to your specification.
Plate carriers & vests
Mil-Spec Cordura construction, MOLLE laser-cut webbing, ROC quick-release systems. Manufactured in the European Union to the same standards as the plates they carry.
Plate Carrier T1
Front + back shell + two side panels. Full-body MOLLE mesh. Quick-sliding shoulder buckles. Pull-out injured-person handle on rear. SAPI-compatible.
Plate Carrier T2
All T1 features with open side belt design for greater ventilation in hot environments. Same SAPI compatibility and rescue handle.
Plate Carrier ROC
Hard-armor only. Cable-management loops, integrated admin pouch on front, ROC fast open/close system. Velcro front fastening.
SMPC Gen-1
Maximum mobility, minimum weight. Full modular compatibility with Spar-Tac and other tactical systems. ICW + SA SAPI plate compatible. Available M and L sizes.
Landvest
Full MOLLE coverage, padded shoulder straps, waterproof foam lining (removable, washable). B.A.L.C.S. compatible.
Concealed Vest
B.A.L.C.S. compatible carrier designed to be worn concealed under a shirt or jacket. Custom soft-armor cutting service available.
Ballistic Helmets
Pure imported aramid woven fabric or UHMWPE shells with military polyurea elastomer coating. 4-point internal suspension, adjustable headband, water-resistant, environmental-tested −25°C to +55°C. 8-year warranty.
Anti-Stab Protection
Lightweight UHMWPE-UD / Aramid-UD construction. Front + rear soft-armor panels, heat-sealed in waterproof airtight nylon for 5+ year service life. Optional polycarbonate trauma pad for reduced deformation depth.
USA HP Lab tested. Effective against common 9 mm and handgun threats; certified anti-stab capability for security and personal-defense use.

For special procurement programs, Fortis can deliver 50,000 plates within 2 months, with custom certification per specific caliber turning around in approximately one month.
